13 Days Itinerary
This mountain biking epic will give you an extended tour of the Kathmandu Valley and beyond. We traverse the northern rim of the valley visiting all the high points and power centers of the ancient Nepal Kingdom then emerge from the mountains on the road linking Nepal with Tibet, and cross the Friendship Bridge onto Tibetan soil. Returning to our river camp it's the start of a 2-day white water raft on the adrenaline rich Bhoti Kosi River. Back in the saddle we complete our circuit of the Valley via the southern hillsides overflowing in historic pilgrimage sites and a web of single trails returning us back to the Capital. 75% of the trip is off road, altitude ranges from 700-m (2300ft) to 2,700-m (8860 ft) and daily riding averages about 30-40 miles or 5 hours biking daily.

The tour offers good accommodation at best available lodges on twin sharing basis with attached bathroom (except in Chisapani), good food, hot showers and group facilities with unique vistas. Those chosen are based on their charm and services, locations and views.
