The period from September to the end of November saw a very satisfactory tourism revival in the leisure travel segment. The best season to visit Nepal and Bhutan in terms of weather and visibility of the Himalayan vista also offers visitors the opportunity to regale in the festive atmosphere of the Dashera and Diwali festivities in Nepal. Bhutan offers the famous Thimphu Tsechu. Tsechu Festivals are held annually in many Bhutanese districts at different times of the year to mark the arrival of Buddhism in Bhutan and to honor its progenitor Guru Rinpoche (Padma Sambhava in Sanskrit). Many of our guests who visited both Nepal and Bhutan took back with them a treasure trove of local goodwill and lasting memories from their sojourn.
